As part of a development master plan, Hoerr Schaudt is developing the Landscape Master Plan for Carolina North, a new, 250-acre campus in Chapel Hill on the Horace Williams airport site. Drawing on the rich landscape character of the University’s main campus and the unusual landscape created by the airport, the guidelines establish a clear framework for public/private development over the next 50-100 years.
