Hoerr Schaudt collaborated with MHTN Architects of Salt Lake City and Perkins + Will on the design of the company's 85-acre campus. A four-season landscape with natural clumps of evergreens, shrubs and understory trees is interplanted with drifts of native deciduous trees. Meadows of native grasses grow throughout the buffer, with thousands of bulbs enhancing the landscape at the entrances, ponds and corners of the site. The surfaces of the large retention ponds are the open space of the campus, with the meandering pond edge creating a wide native grass zone. With its volleyball and basketball courts, jogging paths and lushly planted outdoor terraces, the campus provides an inspiring work environment for company employees.
